On the afternoon of April 2nd, the Party General Branch of our school held a special deployment meeting on ‘In-depth Study and Education on the Spirit of the Central Eight Provisions’ in the first-floor meeting room of the administrative building. All the members of Anqing Foreign Language School's Party Committee, all the members of the Party Committee's leadership team, all the branch secretaries and branch committee members, totaling over 30 people, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Lu Dan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Principal of Anqing Foreign Language School.

First and foremost, Vice Principal Lu Dan conveyed the spirit of the ]Implementation Plan for Conducting in-depth Study and Education on Comprehensively Implementing the Central Eight-point Regulations in the Directly Affiliated Education and Sports System of Anqing City’ issued by the Education and Sports Bureau of Anqing City. Meanwhile, based on the actual situation of the school, he made comprehensive arrangements for the study and education work from four aspects: ‘in-depth study and discussion, comprehensive self-examination of problems, strict rectification and improvement, and maintaining openness in education’. Moreover, Vice Principal Lu Dan particularly emphasized that all branches should take immediate action and organize all Party members to conduct special learning through forms such as ‘three meetings and one lesson’ and theme party days to ensure that learning and education would be fully covered, thus achieving practical results.

Furthermore, at the end of the meeting, Principal Hu Qilin delivered a concluding speech in which he pointed out that the Central Eight-Point Regulation is an important means for comprehensive and strict governance of the Party in the new era. Therefore, all Party members and cadres of our school should have a profound understanding of its significance and earnestly enhance their ideological and practical consciousness. Additionally, Principal Hu Qilin requested that all departments take this learning and education campaign as an opportunity to conduct comprehensive self-examinations, identify problems immediately and rectify them. Additionally, we should integrate the construction of work style with that of teacher ethics and conduct, and strive to build a team of teachers with strong political stance and excellent work style, providing a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of Anqing Foreign Language School.
